Toilet seats are the Wassie equivalent of the pompadour hairstyle.
Wassies who sport toilet seats on their heads are known to be vain and tough troublemakers (but are often very insecure deep down). These Wassies often band together to bully other Wassies and pride themselves on being the 'bad boys' that every Wassie avoids although it can also be argued that other Wassies tend to avoid these groups due to the stench of urine emanating from the toilet seat.
It is not easy to acquire these toilet seats with the Wassies' limited strength and size so these are often salvaged from the delipidated bathrooms of third world countries when the toilet seats come loose due to wear and tear and poor maintenance.
The stench from these toilet seats have the advantage of warding off or at least encouraging these would-be predators to hunt a less disgusting Wassie.
