Wassies live a maximum of 14 days, but in that time a single wassie can spawn up to 12,345 offspring (see reproduction). Any wassie surviving to day 15 evolve into Outcasts, whereupon their terribly low IQ doubles every 83 minutes until it reaches somewhere above room temperature.
