Federal Wassies Capital is a dubious organization comprised of a coalition of humans and Wassies.
Allegedly founded in Thailand (but most members agree it was likely founded elsewhere) by an individual known as 'Feddy', Federal Wassies Capital grew from a small enterprise trading in one-ply toilet paper scavenged by Wassies from public bathrooms to a cross-border multi-fridge organization with interests in brothels, questionable finance and gambling operations.
Early Years
The early years of Federal Wassies Capital were dark and difficult. Its initial operations were limited to accosting Wassies who were looting low-quality toilet paper from public bathrooms and depriving them of their bounty so that they could sell it to neurodiverse scrap dealers for a small profit.
Feddy got his big break when an intoxicated art dealer doped up on hallucinogenics caught him in a back alley in the act of scavenging toilet paper from a recently killed Wassie. The intrigued and intoxicated man asked who the toilet paper belonged to and Feddy, in a panic, answered with the first name he could think of - 'Michael Jackson'. Convinced that the shitstains on the used toilet paper contained valuable DNA - the man thrust about two thousand US dollars at Feddy in exchange for the toilet paper. This money formed the seed capital for the enterprise which would later be christened 'Federal Wassies Capital' and allowed Feddy to immediately begin selling bootleg Tom & Jerry VCDs.
Overthrowing Feddy
As Federal Wassies Capital grew in its scope of operations, so did its organization. Feddy adopted a dictatorial style of governance, which - although effective initially at subduing the few Wassies and humans who worked with him - soon became a source of resentment as the organization grew in size. Members of the organization soon found Feddy's dictatorship as far too limiting for an organization with cross-border multi-fridge ambitions. For Federal Wassies Capital to grow, it had to adopt a flatter organizational structure
A mysterious character named 'Big Baz' emerged from the ranks of Federal Wassie Capital. It is unknown who 'Big Baz' really is - or what he is. All that is known through the stories told by members of Federal Wassie Capital today is that Big Baz challenged Feddy and overthrew him, replacing him as the leader of Federal Wassies Capital. His first and only act as dictator was to dissolve the existing power structure and introduce democratic governance to the organization. After successfully distributing ownership and governance of Federal Wassies Capital to its members, Big Baz renounced ownership, never to be seen again. His heroics have earned him the title 'Bigtoshi Bazzanoto', and members of Federal Wassies Capital pray to him before embarking on new ventures - be it creating ponzi coins or setting up brothels.
